7. Employers don’t really want employees. Supply meets demand and employers clearly aren’t offering enough to attract new employees—or retain them. That’s a choice employers are making.

Also, if some employers actually can’t afford employees at the market rate, then their businesses are not viable. They don’t have a right to below-market labor.
