A Counter-Declaration With Teeth
We don’t need to obey illegal or immoral orders. We can do the right thing instead. And when we do, our opponents are weak and helpless and fully exposed as impotent.
The biggest part of power is the illusion of power. And inertia. But both are vulnerable factors, and ones that—by destroying them—We The People can bring down dictators and end evil systems. People worldwide have done this many, many times. And most frequently in recent years, in this People Powered era that is emerging.
As I write these words, it is the morning of April 20th, 2025—Easter Sunday. It is widely rumored that today Donald Trump will declare martial law, making himself officially a dictator, something he has been unofficially since taking office on January 20th.
We are neither impressed nor afraid. Ok, some of us are, but we are overcoming that and we are ready to meet the challenge and to depose a dictator. He NEEDS US and WE DON’T NEED HIM.
Our Declaration
The American People have a long history of making themselves heard when they have something important to say. In 1776, they announced that they would obey no kings. In April 2025, we do it again.
