A high percentage of employers are arrogant a-holes. The zillions of people subject to abuse at work used to stay and put up with it. Now, it’s finally socially acceptable to ditch abusive employers. That still leaves the problem of getting money.

But let’s make sure that everyone knows that cheap and abusive employers is the main cause of the Great Resignation.
