Actually none of the movements, including Fridays for Future who meet with your approval, have succeeded in stabilizing the climate. Authorities are ignoring ALL of them, whatever their tactics.
Instead of focusing on critiques of movements that haven't worked—at least those people are TRYING!—shouldn't we look for actions that CAN work and take them?
I've concluded that Gandhi and King found a way for people with no formal authority—US!—to overwhelm authorities using moral force and assertive non-cooperation. WE are organizing and planning actions that CAN work. But we need MORE people to join.
