Ah, but we DO have the power to stop this catastrophe. Well, not completely, but to significantly reduce its impact.
First, we need to recognize that there are literally MORE THAN A BILLION PEOPLE on this Earth who care enough to stand up to the failed leaders, failed systems, and failed rules that are destroying our ecosphere.
That may be only one out of eight, but that's a VERY BIG number of people.
Then, when we realize we aren't alone or powerless, we can refuse to cooperate, and sabotage "business as usual" and replace the brutal selfish and cruel systems with one of love, cooperation and sharing. All this while we work together to slash C02 emissions, end the wasteful and deadly overproduction of useless crap (for profit), and bring sanity to our civilization.
