All 28 COPs have been followed by record levels of CO2 in the atmosphere, and increased use of fossil fuels. Leaders in business and government have failed catastrophically and have repeated demonstrated they aren’t up to the task.

We need to send them home and put climate scientists in charge of a global emergency program to truly and effectively address the crisis. That’s the only sane way forward at this late date. We can’t keep pushing action ahead to COP 30…
