America helped defeat the Nazis. We weathered the Cold War threat of nuclear apocalypse. The destructive fools are more visible, but not the majority. We CAN save the planet from climate destruction. Yes, we can’t reverse the damage done and the planet has been degraded. But we can and must slash CO2 emissions. I’m writing to influential politicians and businesspeople every day, urging them to SAVE THEIR OWN CHILDREN who will never forgive them if they sentence their children to struggle on a hostile hellhole Earth.

They don’t need to care about us. They only need to love their children. As killer storms and heat domes increase, they will bow to the pressure and their own consciences. I know this seems improbable, but it can happen. Please write to these people, too! And vote SINGLE ISSUE—only for those who make the maximum effort to avoid climate catastrophe.
