As an attorney, I think you appreciate my point here. Most of the GOP Senators who will vote against Brown are in office illegally, according to the clear language of the 14th amendment to the Constitution. They have either supported the insurrection of January 6th and/or provided comfort to insurrectionists.

They are not only prohibited from running in the Senate—they are prohibited from BEING Senators.
