Today and for some years now, the loudest people on the planet — the people who have the microphone and are being heard — are juvenile spoiled reality-challenged outraged adults.
These complaining snowflakes are everywhere and include people in nearly every walk of life: billionaires, politicians, ideologues, zealots. We’ve been hearing from all of them regularly with a new complaint every day. For unknown reasons, we listen and analyze and discuss their insane babbling. We act as if these sniveling fools had a point to make.
They don’t.
Being adult, actually BEING an adult means behaving with some maturity, dealing with reality and taking responsibility for your actions. You don’t need to be perfect and you can (and will) make mistakes. The point is, you can’t just whine and yell and attack everyone you don’t like and expect to be treated like an adult.
People who behave like that should be treated like children. They should be sent to their rooms and be told they came come out when they are ready to apologize and behave.
Meanwhile, the people in the room who are actually behaving like adults are — ready? — actual children.
So while Bolsonaro burns down rain forests and kill his people with COVID, evangelicals…
