Biden could, as an official act, order Trump removed from the ballot for inciting an insurrection. Biden could do this as an official act, mandated by his responsibility to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution.

Of course, Biden won’t do this because he still (wrongly) believes we still have a functional government. And if he did, the Court would simply restore Trump to ballot, making a ridiculous rationalization, or offer no explanation at all.
