Bravo, Sylvia! There is a world of difference when your life—every day—is meaningful. And the climate crisis (and other significant challenges) are out there, needing our help and attention.
I would add one thing: even if you can't find a job that's meaningful, you still enrich your life (and those of others) by devoting your own time—and especially your creativity—to the climate, to Nature, to bettering human civilization.
In the case of our group, The Saners, we intend to use what Gandhi and King used—nonviolent noncooperation—and wield it to prevent climate collapse and fix a broken civilization.
We are still new and small but we have members in more than 20 countries, and we aren't giving up—ever!
