Capitalism and working for a living is obsolete. Science, engineering and technology have brought us to the point at which everyone’s needs for a decent life could be met with very little labor (notice that jobs are disappearing?) at very low cost (automated machines don’t collect paychecks.)

It’s only inertia and greed and complete lack of imagination that keeps these useless and cruel systems and people in power.

However, since these same privileged people are about to be overwhelmed by the climate catastrophe that their incompetence created, they will soon lose power.

That’ll be our chance to save the planet, save ourselves, and even save the sorry asses of the undeserving people who got us into this mess.

Yeah, we’ll even save them because we are human beings who possess empathy.
