Changing people's minds is very hard and, I believe, a waste of time.
I am firmly convinced that at least a billion people understand there is a deadly climate crisis, that immediate emergency action is required—and that these billion people would take action if they know what to do.
The biggest barrier is that each of these billion people think they are alone—that nobody else really understands. Once people are made aware that there are more than a billion of them, they can easily force the resignations of every goverment on Earth and replace them with young cliamte activists who will empower climate scientist and engineers to do whatever is needed to stabilize the climate.
