The 14th amendment refers to “persons born” — here’s a secret: some of us can read!
We, the people, should hold the majority on the Supreme Court of the United States in contempt. After all, those people are contemptible. We should ridicule them and their phony arguments and rulings. The serious looking black robes and august chambers provide no cover.
They are liars and fools.
The “strict constructionalists” have decided that a woman’s right to her body can be violated. For them, the issue was WHO could properly violate women’s rights and take control of their bodies. The Court decided that the States have jurisdiction.
Of course, morally only women have rights over their own bodies. And, anyone sane understands that fetuses are not citizens and legally have no rights whatsoever. And yet this Court holds that anything not specifically protected by the Constitution is not a protected right.
Under that ridiculous view, none of the Justices have the right to use the bathroom down the alleged hall of Justice. Show me where in the Constitution this so-called “right” is spelled out! You can’t! HA!
