Dave, I think your idea is a good one. I would love to help, although, admittedly I'm more focused on both my movement (The Saners) and my life.

That said, to anyone reading this, please check out Tiered Democratic Governance. It's clear that what we have today is not working and getting worse. Imagine a government that bubbles up from below, from the community level. Imagine a government that's responsive AND is NOT out of touch because it's ultimate source is from below, from the very local level.

This is pretty much what we were promised here in the United States when Ben Franklin told us we have a Republic—if we can keep it.

It's a long time from 1789 when the Constitution was ratified, and the promised representative government hasn't been delivered. Dave has an idea. Let's discuss it. Let's bring it up to news media and politicians. Let's discuss it on social media and our blogs.

Let's move the Overton Window. How can we solve our problems if we don't even discuss imaginative and intelligent ideas like Dave has worked so hard to develop?
