Despite their cruelty and our acquiescence, things will change because those people and systems “in power” are about to be overwhelmed by physics and chemistry. They can’t pump huge quantities CO2 into the planet’s atmosphere decade after decade and expect to avoid the consequences.

Their grip on power will be shattered and our ability to evade reality will disappear.

What we do next will determine our fate.
