Did The NY Times fuck up, downplaying the severity and number of crimes committed by Trump?

Photo by Karsten Winegeart on Unsplash | This guy is in prison because he’s black. Trump is free because he’s rich and the Justice system is to weak and cowardly to hold him accountable for anything.

We all know that Trump said he could shoot someone on Fifth Avenue and not lose any popularity. Since then, both the media and government institutions have done everything possible to demonstrate that this is true. He is always treated special, even after 34 felony convictions.

Today, The NY Times wrote this:

“Mr. Trump, the first American president to become a felon, faces up to four years in prison, though Justice Merchan is likely to impose a shorter sentence, or probation.”

But at the times of his conviction, CBS News reported that each count carried up to 4 years jail time per conviction. As I read the criminal guidelines of NY State, the CBS report is correct. And The NY Times understates what Trump — if he were treated like any other felon — would face by 132 years.

Now, we all know and The NY Times acknowledges, there is no equal justice under the law and Trump will face little or no…
