Draft of My Intended Lawsuit to Demand Enforcement of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment
Seems to be trendy now…
I first looked at filing a lawsuit to have Donald J. Trump removed from office in January 2021, following his fomentation and support of the insurrection of January 6th.
Before I could do so, Joe Biden took office.
This idea stayed with me, though. When Trump filed to run again, I thought about it. But I also thought about ALL of the officials who provided aid or comfort to insurrectionists (as well as insurrectionists themselves) who STILL hold Federal or State office. Really, all of these people are in office illegally. Every vote they cast in every legislative body they illegally served — those votes must be discounted and any laws that passed with illegal votes holding the decisive margin MUST BE RULED ILLEGAL and INVALID.
In other words, we have work to do.
I decided that, when I got a chance, I’d file suits against my own representatives, for failure to enforce the Constitution. They serve with many illegal officeholders and allow them to speak and vote — illegally. But the job of every official is to ensure that the laws are faithfully executed. They are bound by the Constitution. In my view, and I hope ultimately in the eyes of the law, they are failing at their jobs…
