Exploitation is required by CEOs because they lack ABILITY. They don’t know how to produce anything, much less produce anything efficiently. So they puff themselves up and issue orders and because employees have families to feed, workers try like hell to make things work. If they succeed, employers take credit…and the money. If they fail, they fire the employees.

CEOs are often smart people but functionally they are morons. They live by a false self-flattering ideology. They know nothing. They understand nothing.

Under the current system, there are no humans, only Human Resources. To take back our humanity, and to rescue our planet from these destructive fools, we will need the techniques of satyagraha—the approach used by Gandhi and Martin Luther King to defeat the “powerful” and make the world just a bit better.

Some of us understand that to protect and support rules and behaviors that are destroying the climate of the planet we live on is literally insane. We won’t do it; we won’t cooperate. We will use nonviolent but forceful resistance. We will win.
