Gandhi didn't provide a time or place for the British to leave India. He didn't specify transport. He didn't get that specific. The same could be said of King and segregation. He did not tell them the exact steps to do it.
Again, we are asking the experts to be in charge. Scientists are smart. If they need help from engineers, they can get it. If they need help from policymakers, they can get it. But nobody else is qualified to lead.
Activists are not qualified to lead. Gandhi did not know how to handle troop movements, even movements for the British to exit India. Such specifics are not necessary to get started. Indeed, demanding such specifics is a great way to assure that no action will ever be taken....
BTW - I happen to like your ideas. But I do not have the expertise to make that judgement. Climate scientists do.
