Geo-engineering without first sharply slashing the burning of fossil fuels to the bare minimum is simply another tactic to protect the ongoing cooking of the Earth and destruction of the biosphere by ultra-wealthy oil and gas profiteers. And, as you say, geo-engineering is also dangerous and unnecessary.

Allowing those people to destroy our children’s beautiful planet would be insane.
