Getting renewable energy to replace fossil fuels ASAP is number one by a wide margin.

However, the fact is we’ve been doing geo-engineering for maybe 200 years, most of it in the last 50. We’ve been destroying our own plane/ climate with geo-engineering.

It’s dangerous stuff. But if, at some point, we need to geo-engineer to remove CO2 as an important supplement to our other measures, we should be prepared to. I’d prefer it’s not needed.
