Hey, everybody makes mistakes. I used to believe that our billionaire-plutocrat-overseers would stop burning fossil fuels and make money some other way because they don’t want to destroy the planet their own children will need to live on.

Of course, I was wrong. I assumed—incorrectly—that the Koch brothers, Wall Street bankers, and oil tycoons were SANE. They are, of course, stark-raving mad.

So, I made a mistake. And when I realized that, I decided to stop the insane people from committing the biggest mass-murder suicide in history. I began The Saners, a movement of people who recognize that it is LITERALLY INSANE to destroy the planet that you and everyone you love lives on. And it would be insane to obey, empower or support the people who are destroying the Earth.

We understand that the authorities, the people with formal power and wealth will NEVER willingly change course. So, we will utilize the most powerful force in the universe for change—moral force. What makes moral force so powerful is—in part—that nobody takes it seriously. That how Gandhi managed to defeat and oust the mighty British Empire from India. And how Martin Luther King ended segregation in the American South. It’s how the Danes outsmarted and outmaneuvered Hitler, and save the Jews in their country from his bloody Holocaust.
