Hi!

I love the tone of Medium and even the software! And I applaud your efforts. I am a proud member and a Friend of Medium.

But I'm a bit frustrated and disappointed that, I suppose under a new algorithm, my posts are being seen by far fewer people than before. Because of this, I've chosen to re-focus on my personal blog, and I’ve even added Substack to the mix.

The main reason to write on a platform NOT under one's own personal control is to reach a wider audience. At this point, I'm using Medium mostly because I like to use the audio to read back my posts while I'm writing them.

That said, there are many writers I enjoy reading here!
