Hi, Douglas!
I was president and co-founder of one of Philadelphia's first web development companies at the time. We were mystified at all the venture capital tied up in businesses that had no viable business plan. We simply created websites for money—a simple old-style transaction, but with a digital product. We did BETTER when the dot-com boom ended.
Ironically, my wife and I were early adapters as members of AOL years before the web came into existence.
I am also a big fan of your book Team Human. We have a small group working to follow your advice to "find the others." We are mostly focused on the climate, but also care about reorganizing civilization around humane values, instead of greed and selfishness and hatred.
We'd love to have you come to one of our online Virtual Climate Parties—social and strategy sessions aimed at building a movement and rescuing the planet. We know it sounds like crazy overreach, but we can't wait for some knight in shining armor to protect the future of our children and our planet. We need to do the work ourselves.
