Hmmm. That could be a nuge opportunity! IF we can get them to immediately stop all that excessive CO2 emissions, we can QUICKLY and SHARPLY and painlessly slash emissions. Hell, this sound almost too good to be true.

At this point, phasing out fossil fuels seems way too slow. (We COULD have done that if we'd started decades earlier.)

This is worthy of some contemplation...
