How about the fossil fuel industry does all this FIRST?
This is a problem that needs to be fixed at the production level. We need to leave fossil fuels in the ground and ramp up clean energy.
You DO know that people use whatever energy is available to them. Right now, it's almost exclusively fossil fuels. If it were clean energy, we'd all be using that.
WE do not make this decision. Instead, the fossil fuel industry and the politicians they own continue to INCREASE the use of fossil fuels.
Let's put the blame and responsibility where it belongs: on the decision-makers.
WE should be ousting these leaders and put young climate activists in charge—worldwide. That's what we need to do. Not focus on reducing our individual carbon footprints. The carbon footprint is a concept pushed by the fossil fuel industry to shift-blame and continue to get away with—literally—mass murder.
