How about we stop focusing on parties in a system awash in Big Oil money and Big Bank money— political and economic systems corrupt to the core.

Yes, still vote for the Democrats—the GOP is Satan Himself.

BUT, we need a movement, not a party. And we need to stop begging people to listen to us and simply take control and fix things.

We can do this. Movements have done this many, many times. The successful ones were skillful at harnessing nonviolent noncooperation. These movements learned from Gandhi and King and a whole slew of lesser-known movements that followed.

We are The Saners. WE are in more than 20 countries and about half the states. We are new but WE are the ones who will prevent climate collapse, and shut down the ascendant evil in our civilization. We will rebuild our society, and replace this shitshow with one built on valuing Life and Nature and each other.

Our name comes from a very simple truth: It is literally insane to ruin then planet we all live on.
