How do you expect capitalism—or human beings—to survive the accelerating climate collapse? Most of us realize that under existing systems and leadership, we are seeing everything that climate scientists warned us about decades ago.

All leaders everywhere, in business and government, have failed catastrophically in their minimum requirement—to hand over a habitable Earth to the next generation.

The failure is worldwide, with American and European plutocrats, Chinese and Russian dictators and nearly everyone else in “authority” contributing to this failure.

No leader or system has any credibility left and all must be defied by the sane caring people everywhere. WE must ensure that fossil fuels stay in the ground. WE must end overproduction of useless commodified plastic crap that’s poisoning our biosphere. WE must end the insane runaway growth, a growth analogous to a cancer.

Refineries and pipelines are the train tracks to Auschwitz. Natural gas and methane are Zyklon B.

We have a moral imperative, and we will not fail—as our leaders have—to meet the challenge.
