How many actual scientist think we have that much time?

Yes we do have the slowness of government and the standed assets problem. So it'll take 30 years instead of 15-20.
Most govs will now TRY to stick to their COP27 etc commitments.

How many actual scientist think we have that much time? Did the IPCC recommend that we phase out fossil fuels incrementally over the next few decades?
