How should the mechanics of this work? Perhaps the majority leaders in the House and (soon) Senate refuse to seat those who aided and provided comfort to the Insurrectionists. And then the GOP takes it to federal court and presumably the court rules that those legislators cannot serve.

So how can we speed this up?!
