Hundreds of Public Officials Are In Office Illegally
The 14th Amendment says that anyone who even provides comfort to Insurrectionists are ineligible to hold office.
The Constitution is selectively enforced by the political body known as the Supreme Court of the United States. We know this.
It showed when the Court majority rejected the people’s choice for president in 2000 and put a member of their own party into the White House. They cited the Equal Protection Clause of the Constitution — a clause they usually dismiss or ignore.
For a bipartisan example, there’s this:
“Congress declares war.”
What sentence in the Constitution is less ambiguous than this? We know that the Founders put this phrase into the Constitution because they wanted checks on the power of the Executive. Our Founders did not want another King.
And yet, since world War II, Presidents of both parties went to war without a declaration by Congress. And neither Congress nor the Supreme Court has made a serious effort to fix this. Remember — all of these people take an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution.
This is THEIR JOB.
