I agree. We are consuming so much needlessly that cutting consumption would be an important part of any plan. Plus that’s a step that could be taken quickly—and speed is critical since we would be starting so late.

To be honest, whatever plan climate scientists came up with I’d endorse. They know better than me.

But until they tell me differently, keeping oil in the ground is my focus.
