I agree with the author of this piece. And I don't care more about celebrities than about other people. That said, I wish Chris Rock hadn't verbally attacked Will's wife. And I REALLY wish Will hadn't smacked Chris.

This was a moment when people acted badly. I don't think it's typical of either one. It was upsetting to watch. Both Smith and Rock have, in the past, amused and entertained many, many people—including me. I'd like to see both behave better and get back to doing what they do best.
