I believe that we can and must oust "leaders" everywhere: in the United States, China, Russia, Brazil, India, France, UK, Australia, and pretty much everywhere else. (Maybe we can leave Iceland and New Zealand.)
I believe that there are literally more than a billion people who are fed up and who would willingly stand in the streets in front of the capitals of the world, and NOT LEAVE until the "leaders" fled. I don't think they need to be violent. It wouldn't be necessary to fire a single shot.
Noncooperation is enough because the only thing that gives impotent old men "power" is our obedience. Our open defiance is their defeat.
We will put the young in charge of their damaged planet, and put climate scientists and engineers at their disposal so the best effort to stabilize the climate can be made.
