I don't know about these kinds of specifics, but I expect that there is an 80-20 rule here: probably 80% of the climate damage due to a single identifiable cause. To be honest, your point SOUNDS like a political attack on China—but IF the science supports what you say, I always go with the client scientists.

In any case, my view is that we put the climate scientists in charge of a worldwide program to fix the climate (insofar as that doesn't violate physical law) and do what they say.

Seems like everybody wants to put a political spin on the climate issue—but it's physics and chemistry, and as much as I'd like MY personal hot buttons to be satisfied, they should be put on the back burner. We must stabilize the climate for our children. Period. ASAP.
