I don't say "climate change" because that sound like something innocuous that's happening by itself. The term was promoted by GOP strategist Frank Luntz to help the party stonewall any action.

In reality, the climate crisis is a criminal act, a crime against humanity committed by identifiable criminals—ultra wealthy oil profiteers, fossil fuel executives, politicians who take money from them and media companies they own.

So I use the terms "climate collapse" and "climate criminals." And I talk about this all the time to everybody. Because it's urgent and true and more delay will mean more suffering and death.
