I don’t think leaders follow constituents at all. They follow lobbyists—who are funded by rich people who make money from oil.

In any case, that’s my view. If, in fact, lobbyists and rich people have less influence than I believe, my tactics would be less useful.

By the way, if you can paint with watercolors, that’s really impressive. They’re beautiful but I can’t get the hang of them. :-)
