I enjoyed this. Personally, I think the focus should be to ensure that people of all demographics, nationalities, and ethnicities get a fair share of the acting work. But I don't care about specific roles. Because acting IS pretending to be someone you are not, the real challenge for an actor is portraying someone as different as possible.

Frankly, I'd like to see an all ethnic cast of "Oklahoma." Inappropriate? Absolutely. But who cares? Let everyone sing, dance and act!
