I have a modest yet bold ambition: keep the planet habitable for the next generation. Unfortunately, not only America but every majori industrial country on Earth is working at full speed to maximize the use of fossil fuels for power and profit—and speeding climate collapse.
Our only change is, I believe, to remove every single government and replace the failed leaders with young climate activists. I have a plan to do this—harness the power of fearful, anxious and angry parents (and others who care about the young) and make them aware that they can bring down any government through noncooperation. Because the old impotent men who rule are, in fact, personally powerless and are completely dependent on our obedience and cooperation.
We need to remove those impotent losers and replace them with young climate activists—everywhere in the world. These young leaders will listen to the scientists and do everything necessary to stabilize the climate for their generation and all that follow.
The current greedy stupid selfish leaders would never do anything like that. They are obsolete.
