I love this. Mostly I love that your list are REAL CHOICES, not the tip of your hat to the stupid ideas and values of a civilization that's enthusiastically speeding towards doom.

I, too, am cheerfully struggling with the piano! But I also have some grandiose activities—like trying to save the world because it would be nice to die knowing I left the world better than I found it.
