I think if you start with a loving heart, then you'll usually do the right thing. Ideology is strategic, not moral. You should always be willing to be flexible with ideology if the results you are getting are unkind.

I would say NO to any strategy that, for example, trashed the Earth's climate. I don't care what the theory is. We live with the reality, not the theory.
