I think it’s easy to identify an actual follower of Jesus. That person tries to follow His teachings: love one another; love your enemies; care for the poor and the sick; be kind to the stranger and the foreigner (Good Samaritan); and turn the other cheek.

The noisy people who do the opposite and instead promote their own bigotry and selfishness and cruelty in His name are frauds. And if there’s a Hell, those people are first in line.
