I think the entire U.S. government, the political and economic systems will inevitably lose all credibility.

Keep in mind that our climate nightmares will be getting incomparably worse—and we live under a system that has failed to make any meaningful effort to protect the planet our children will inherit—despite a clear 50 year warning by scientists.

This is an unprecedented failure, wil full neglect powered by short-sighted greed.

Americans have quietly accepted all this this far. But when the wildfires, heatwaves and killer storms grow in frequency and ferocity and devastate huge numbers of Americans throughout the country…the apathy will end and uncontrollable rage begins.

It may start this very hot, dry windy Summer of Fire.
