I think we should point fingers at oppressors wherever they appear—in Iran, in the United States—anywhere! I also believe that deflection of its own brutality towards women—and the widespread revolt it faced using mercenaries to kill Iranians who opposed their regime—is very relevant to Iran’s decision to make a military strike.

BTW—I’ve written extensively about the cruelty in America against women and will continue to do so.
