I think you are wise to remove yourselves and your children from this violent country. However, also as parent, you cannot leave the Earth. We will need you and every caring parent to save the Earth they will inherit from climate collapse. Business leaders and the politicians they fund continue to burn fossil fuels for profit. Climate abuse is child abuse.

We cannot let this stand. We must speak out every day until denouncing the production and distribution of fossil fuels becomes the norm, and we force it to end. This will mean removing “leaders” from positions of authority. Not at the voting booth, but more like the Arab Spring or the tearing down of the Berlin Wall.

Don’t despair. The number of people who love their children and care about the Earth vastly outnumber the fossil fuel idiots and their clueless supporters. There is enormous latent energy and power is our love for our children. Sometime soon, the spark will be lit and the energy will be released in an unstoppable torrent.

Be ready to participate. Better yet, speak out right now. Publicly point out the insanity of inaction, of allowing a few thousand idiots kill all of our children. Of obeying them, of listening to them, of treating them as if they had ability or wisdom.

They must be ignored, pushed aside. They have no moral right to any authority whatsoever. We will stop fossil fuels, accelerate clean energy and take position action.
