I tried to check all the right boxes and have a career. I was READY to be a 50 year wage slave. But they wouldn't have me. Even my MBA didn't impress them.
I knew my work was good. So, I ended up starting my own business. That was the only good money I made my entire life.
I don't regret my "failure." A career is a trap. It's a fools game. Pretty much everything that our culture values and promotes is sick.
That's why we destroy Nature and our planet and the lives of all the humans and other species that live here. That's why WE need to reject the culture and systems and leaders and do the RIGHT THINGS.
We need to rescue our abused Mother Earth. We need to repair the biosphere. We need to reject greed and "status" and selfishness and the ever-present shallowness and emptiness.
We need to discover each other as HUMAN BEINGS, and NOT as human RESOURCES. We need to see and care for animals and plants and everything around us that we've been trained to ignore.
