If the people of the pieces that were Russia decide to NOT cooperate with evil and violent "leaders", they can have a wonderful future.

Remember—only followers take up arms for dictators, only followers go to war for dictators, only followers provide wealth for dictators. Dictators—indeed all "leaders"—produce virtually nothing.

Look, Serbians overthrew their dictator with non-violent action and they now have an actual elected representative government (however imperfect).

Ex-Russians could choose to do the same. I hope they do.
