I'm just a guy—nobody special. But it's obvious to me that there are literally billions of people who want to stabilize the Earth's climate and probably an equally large number who care about the well-being of fellow human beings of every gender, race, ethnicity, whatever.

They they (and I) aren't quite sure what to do. I hope and believe that something will set off a spark and people will act. I see it like the Arab Spring or the tearing down of the Berlin Wall. There's always a line that, when crossed, sets off people who can no longer be contained.

I'm hoping to contributing to setting off that spark.

I believe that young people can and should lead. I'm very impressed with young people worldwide who have done a great job with the climate movement. They are far more mature and responsible and capable than adults who (for some reason) are in positions of authority.

Part of my goal is to remove incompetent adults from power and put competent and caring young people in charge. With the assistance of scientists and engineers. And everyone else who wants to pitch in.

I'm working on something specific. I fully understand that it is a long shot but something somebody does must work. I feel the need to try.
