I’m not worried that solar and wind are intermittent. We have batteries and they are getting much better and there will be options using environmentally-friendly materials.

As for fusion, you are probably right. It always seems to be five years away. It’s a tough problem and it’ll be solved someday. Soon if we are lucky but more likely it’ll take a bit of time.
